LARRY ELDER VICTORIOUS IN COURT, WILL APPEAR ON CALIFORNIA GOV. RECALL BALLOT

Conservative radio host Larry Elder, who recently announced that he was running for California Governor in the upcoming recall election as a Republican, won a victory in court today to have his name appear on the ballot after he was originally denied due to some tax return issues.

Harmeet K. Dhillon reported that, “Judge orders California to include Larry Elder on the ballot in California recall election. Says tax returns were never required in the first place for a recall as opposed to a primary election.”

Elder declared in a tweet, “Victory! My next one will be on Sept. 14 at the ballot box.”

In a follow-up tweet, Elder added, “California judge rules that the election law Elder allegedly violated DID NOT EVEN APPLY to a recall election AND even if it did, Elder “SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLIED.” I will be on the ballot. TOTAL VICTORY!!”

Elder, who is also known for his appearances on Fox News, has said he filed over 300 pages of tax returns with the state

Yesterday, we reported:

In a tweet, Elder said, “I’ve filed a lawsuit against CA Sec. State Shirley Weber to compel her office to place me on the ballot.”

“I’ve complied with everything the law requires of me to run in this recall election against Gavin Newsom,” Elder added, directing inquiries regarding the lawsuit to his website, although thus far there was no information on the site.

Dave Rubin, host of “The Rubin Report,” who is a well known California resident, celebrated the news as well and said, “It’s official! My man @larryelder is on the CA ballot! Sorry Gavin!”

It was reported earlier today that Vice President Kamala Harris responded “yes” when asked if she was going to campaign for current Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom.
